How do I apply for a franchise?
Click the "Franchise Application" button on the site to fill in the 5-step pre-assessment form. After you submit the form, our investment team will contact you.
What is the minimum investment amount?
The investment amount varies by location, floor area and the chosen franchise model. Exact figures are finalized after your application is evaluated.
Which franchise model should I choose?
The Turnkey Franchise is better suited to investors who want end-to-end support from the head office, while the Signage + Counter + Food Support model suits investors who can manage their own location and construction process. See the Franchise Models page for a detailed comparison.
How long does it take from application to opening?
The timeline varies depending on the location, the chosen model and the preparation stages. You can find all the steps on the Investment Process page.
What support does the head office provide?
Support is provided in 20 areas, from architectural concept to staff training, and from opening organization to inspection. See the Head Office Support page for details.
How does the inspection process work?
Inspections cover areas such as product standards, hygiene, service and use of brand visuals. After each inspection, a score, a list of deficiencies and a corrective action plan are shared.
How are the franchise fee and royalty determined?
The franchise fee is determined by location, floor area and concept. The royalty rate is finalized at the contract stage.
Can I apply if I have no restaurant management experience?
Yes, you can. During the evaluation process, your experience, capital and operational fit are assessed together.
My location isn't confirmed yet — can I still apply?
Yes. You can indicate your location status as "still researching" on the application form; suitable area recommendations are identified together during the evaluation process.
Is every application accepted?
No. Each application is evaluated individually in terms of location, capital, operational fit and brand culture; there is no automatic acceptance.
