Personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the Franchise Application Form on the website.
Your identity and contact information, together with your investment/financial profile information, collected through your completion of the Franchise Application Form, may be processed solely for the purposes of receiving franchise applications and carrying out the necessary reviews, responding to applications and conducting communication activities, establishing franchise agreements, carrying out our business activities, performing reporting, analysis, internal control, audit and review work, keeping electronic log records for transaction security, carrying out information security processes, providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, carrying out storage and archiving activities, and fulfilling the requests of public institutions and organizations.

Your personal data may be transferred to suppliers with whom we have agreements for providing technical infrastructure (e.g. form submission service providers) in order to evaluate your applications and carry out the related processes, and to regulatory/supervisory authorities to fulfill legal obligations when requested by authorized institutions/organizations.
Your personal data may be collected by automated means for the purposes stated above, through the completion of the Franchise Application Form and from information transmitted via channels such as phone and email.
Under the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred; to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request its deletion/destruction if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
